Instructions for using Test Environment

• 1. Click the link below to register as a new anaesthetist
• 2. Enter you First and Last names in the boxes provided
• 3. Choose your hospital. If it is not listed, the hospital "Test Hospital" has been added for this purpose
• 4. Enter your email address in the box provided. This will become your logon
• 5. Re-enter your email address in the "Follow-up assessor" box. This address is the email address of the person to whom the system sends reminder emails
• 6. Choose your own password. The only limitation is that it must contain at least 4 characters
• 7. Click on the "Submit" button
• 8. When the page refreshes, login using the details you have just entered
